According to the CDC, more than 12 million Americans 40 years and older have a vision impairment and 7% of children under 18 have a diagnosed eye condition.

Procedures Offered:

The following procedures are performed by Dr. Chu and Dr. Wang:

  2. ■Premium intraocular lens surgery using multifocal presbyopia-correcting & astigmatism-correcting intraocular lens implants

  3. ■Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery

Contact Lenses:

We offer traditional contact lens and ortho-K Paragon CRT (Corneal Refractive Therapy) contact lens fittings at all three locations. CRT lenses are a type of refractive contact lens that, when worn at night, enables patients of all ages to see clearly without glasses or contact lenses during the day. Many myopic patients find this to be an excellent alternative to surgical refractive correction and the lenses have the benefit of slowing down the progression of myopia in children and adolescents.


Our Flushing practices were the first medical doctor offices in Flushing to offer CRT and have been offering the service with exceptional care at competitive prices for the last 15 years.


Optical Department:

Our in-house optical department offers patients the convenience of purchasing a pair of eyeglasses during or after their appointment. We offer a variety of frames styles at multiple price points with our collection ranging from indestructible children’s frames to designer sunglasses to blue light blocking glasses.
